Handwritten letter from Aloysius O'Kelly to James Herbert, also including an envelope. O’Kelly writes that he cannot do business in Dublin and is leaving for Concarneau, France shortly. Describes the hotel where he will stay. Many of his old friends still live there. O'Kelly invites Herbert and his family to visit him in Concarneau in due course.
