Collection contains three smaller individual collections pertaining to the artist Aloysius O'Kelly. The first comprises a folder donated by Paul Conran in 1981, relating to the donation of a photograph of O'Kelly to the Gallery; the second contains a folder of correspondence donated by James Nadal in 1981, relating to O'Kelly's time in Ireland and France in 1926, and the third collection comprises a folder of correspondence transferred from the National Gallery of Ireland Institutional Archive, detailing O'Kelly's communication with Gallery representatives in 1926 on the matter of exhibition opportunities in Ireland.
