Handwritten letter in which O’Kelly relates that he has taken up permanent residence in the Pringle memorial home and is happy. Describes the house, grounds, neighbourhood, rooms, matron and food. Asks Herbert to send the three boxes of his paintings and invites him and his family to visit.
