Description
Handwritten letter from Sarah Cecilia Harrison to Mr Mulligan asking how best to give £400 to the Municipal Gallery from her bank account. She goes on to explain the financial difficulties the gallery is having as they have not been able to access the promised money and the Dublin Corporation wishes to hand over all the pictures from the gallery to the National Gallery of Ireland.
