Description
Typescript letter from J.A. O'Brien Tostal Officer of Bord Failte Eireann to Gerda Frömel of Woodtown Park, Rathfarnham, Co. Dublin. Frömel is referred to as her married name Mrs G.T. Schurmann. The letter is to confirm a telephone conversation in which she would be commissioned to make a trophy for the National Award Bord Failte Roadside Garden Competitions. The trophy would be approximately nine inches and cost £35 to £40. O'Brien also requests that she keep the mould as they may want duplicates for the following years. Handwritten in green pencil at the top is [Frentoy] 10-12.
