Description
Letter from Brownlow addressed to Whelan at the Dolphin Hotel, Essex Street, Dublin, Ireland expressing his sympathies and delight that the matter has been settled. Brownlow wishes Whelan a swift recovery and suggests that "at a later date, and when you have fully recovered, perhaps we could have another talk about the future." Pencil notes on reverse.
