Description
Transcribed typescript copy of a letter from Bernard Mulrenin at Peele's Coffee House, 177 Fleet Street, London to his wife Mary at 40 Sackville Street, Dublin. Mulrenin acknowledges Mary's anxiety for him to come home, but states that he must remain until after the royal funeral so he may visit another exhibition when it reopens. Mulrenin then describes his visit to Westminster Abbey where he met Daniel O'Connell and his family, also on a tour. Letter concludes with news from acquaintances he has visited in London.
