Description
Handwritten letter in which Orpen mentions that 'there is not a sign of a commission here…' He also notes that he has finished the [Vere] Foster group, and that [Hugh P.] owes him £100. Reference is also made to [Howson] and that Orpen will send him 'a few ''cocks'' if he troubles me.' Letter includes a pen sketch of two men wrestling, one of which appears to be Orpen himself.
