Description
Handwritten letter in which Orpen details the poor weather conditions, and describes drawing two German prisoners of war at a prison camp he has visited. He also refers to a colleague he names as 'little Testius', and claims 'he is growing fat doing nothing.' He concludes by noting that he has received a letter from his father, who has given him news of 'Richard.'
