Description
Handwritten letter in which Orpen describes the town of Huddersfield, the Lumb family, and his work plans whilst resident in the town. He also includes a reference to [Hugh] Lane. Letter concludes with a pencil sketch of the artist and a large bearded gentleman, whose arm is placed around Orpen's shoulder, captioned as 'Huddersfield.'
