Handwritten letter addressed from 3 Brick Court, Temple, E.C, London, in which [Orpen] writes of his love for Grace, and the pain he would feel if she didn't reciprocate. He signs off as 'William Blunder'. Letter is accompanied by an envelope addressed to Miss Grace Knewstub, Milton Cottage, 12 North Hill, Highgate, London, and postmarked as [5 September 1899]
