Description
Handwritten letter addressed from 33 Westmoreland Street, Dublin, to Arthur Darley, in which Plunkett refers to a portrait sketch that Mr Holloway has asked her to draw, and writes that she will only require a brief 10-minute sitting with Darley for this purpose. She signs off using both her English and Irish Gaeilge married names. The resulting drawing is in the Prints and Drawing collection, titled Caricature of Arthur Darley, (1873-1929), Violinist, NGI.19440.
