Description
Handwritten letter in which O’Conor writes that he has found the edition of Flaubert that Bell was looking for. [James Morrice] is going to Canada. ‘He is becoming a reformed character and it does not suit him at all.’ O’Conor did not send any works to the Salon d’Automne this year even though he was on the jury. About sixty Cezannes were shown. O’Conor inquires after [Gerald Festus Kelly] and remarks that [James Milner Kite] is also in London. Simmons ‘is dangerously mad’ and another friend has gone blind.
