Description
Handwritten letter, addressed from 102 Rue du Cherche-Midi, Paris, in which O’Conor apologises for the delay in thanking Bell for the book which Bell sent him but he has been very busy with ‘some of the problems you sent me to unravel.’ Relates information Bell requested. James Morrice has gone to Venice. O’Conor is ‘going along in the usual sleepy way’, he sees only [George Barne], [Robert Root] and [Gabriel Thompson]. He has received news of [Arnold Bennett’s] forthcoming marriage. He hopes Bell is still thinking of coming to Paris for the winter.
