Illustrated letter from Naomi Heather to Phyllis Lowry regarding a bicycle accident
Description
Handwritten letter addressed from North Worcester in which Heather informs Lowry of a recent bicycle accident she had. She relates that she tore her leather coat and twisted the handlebars as a result. Heather also makes reference to her family and friends, and the accidental German Lutwaffe bombing of North Strand, Dublin in May 1941. Letter also features a drawing and two illustrations of the bicycle fall, and children's characters, and is accompanied by an illustrated envelope addressed to Lowry in Hereford.
