Description
This material relates to prints by Francesco Bartolozzi after Guercino, especially those published by A. Calabi in 1928 [Calabi & De Vesme 1928 / Francesco Bartolozzi. ]. Many notes and comments by Sir Denis and cross references to the Windsor, British Museum and Von der Null collections [Jacob van der Null?] of Bartolozzi prints. Also includes extracts from J.& J. Boydell Catalogue of Prints, 1803. [A Collection of Prints, from pictures painted for the purpose of illustrating the Dramatic Works of Shakspeare, by the Artists of Great Britain].
