The Bezalel National Museum of Israel requested the loan of two pictures from the Gallery, which was granted. A request was also received from the Kleve Museum for the loan of [NGI 254] "Portrait of a Rabbi" which was granted. The Director enquired if there was a possiblility to have an entrance to the Gallery on Kildare Street, to link the National Museum, Library and Gallery. He was informed that there was already a committee discussing this but that there were certain difficulties in acheiving this.
