Description
Minutes of a board meeting held on 13th March 1964 in which the following was discussed: the Department of Industry and Commerce requested the loan of NGI 1134 "Men of Destiny" by Jack B. Yeats, which was granted. A request had been received from the Office of Public Works for permission to temporarily store three pictures in the Gallery, which the board accepted. 18 candidates for the position of Director were listed, with 7 of them being rejected as unsuitable. A letter would be sent to all board members to further shortlist the candidates.
