Description
Minutes of a board meeting held on 9th February 1963 in which the following was discussed: the proposed George Bernard Shaw Trust scheme was examined, and the sub-committee authorised to deal with this approved of it. A letter was received from Messers Bentley, Stokes and Lawless regarding legal fees incurred during this process, and the board agreed the fees were reasonable and to pay them out of the Shaw Fund. A draft copy of the amended byelaws were read and transcribed, and it was to be brought for formal approval at the next board meeting.
