Minutes of board meeting held on 2nd July 1958 in which the following was discussed: The Director reported that there had been 'disappointment in connection with the showing of a film-strip of pictures in the Gallery at the Department of Education ... and that he had not yet seen it'. There was discussion of the financial details and arrangements relating to the Shaw Fund.
