Description
Minutes of board meeting held on 2nd April 1958 in which the following was discussed: it was decided to accept stock to meet a certain portion of the Shaw bequest. The offer for purchase of three pictures the Director had seen in London was noted. As there was no quorum, decisions were deferred.
