Description
Minutes of board meeting held on 5th June 1957 in which the following was discussed: no quorum no decisions made. It was noted that the Meeting of the British Association to be held in Dublin had requested special facilities at the Gallery. Father Hubert Quinn requested permission to make 'special colour photographs' of the picture ascribed to Ribera, permission was granted. Lord Longford appointed judge in the Taylor Art Competition. It was noted the Taoiseach's office had offered a portrait of Robert Emmet.
