Description
Minutes of a board meeting held on 15th February 1950 in which the following was discussed: the appointment of a new Director. Copies of the advertisement for the post of Director, the terms and conditions of the appointment and the byelaws relating to the appointment were submitted to the board. It was agreed to advertise the salary of the role as £824.
