Minutes of a board meeting held on 12th August 1905 in which the following was discussed: three board members who visited Lady Milltown as agreed upon in the previous meeting reported to the board. They expressed that the board should converse with Lady Milltown's solicitor and her surveyor in regards to the delay in delivering the collection, and the Chairman set up a meeting to be held on this day at 12.30pm, inviting board members to submit any questions they may have. Lady Milltown's solicitor seconded her views, and her surveyor had a list of alterations that needed to be carried out in the rooms designated for the collection. In order to avoid major alterations to the Gallery, it was agreed by the book-cases of the collection would be made to fit the rooms, rather that the rooms being made to fit the book-cases. The board agreed to meet the rest of Lady Milltown's demands, which was to be put in writing and delivered to the Chairman by her solicitor.
