Description
Minutes of board meeting held on 18th August in which the following was discussed: no quorum but meeting proceeded. Discussion on seeking wage levels in similar galleries. The Civil Service Commission provide a Certificate of Qualification for Mr Armstrong. A list of thirteen pictures purchased by the Director submitted with prices. The Director presented his report for 1891. 86,633 visitors noted. Purchased paintings listed over five pages. List of donations and loans presented.
