Description
Minutes of a board meeting held on 12th June 1901 in which the following was discussed: a portrait by Sir Thomas Lawrence was gifted to the Gallery by Lord Iveagh (NGI 520). A portrait by Domenicus van Wijnen was also gifted to the Gallery [NGI 527], along with a portrait of Captain G.A. Taylor, founder of the Taylor Scholarship [NGI 521]. A list of pictures purchased and approved. The Director read his report for the year 1900 and it was approved by the board.
