Description
Minutes of board meeting held on 4th October 1862 in which the following was discussed: letters read discussing the sum required for maintenance of the Gallery. Estimate number one £821. A painting, "Poultry" by van Utrecht was offered by a Mr Watkins for 150 Guineas and declined. A draft of byelaws was considered.
