Description
Minutes of a board meeting held on 18th November 1869 in which the following was discussed: a warrant was issued reappointing the Earl of Meath to the board, and appointing William Stokes to the board in the place of Sir T.A. Lawrence Bart. A letter was received from The Royal Hibernian Academy. Letters were received signalling the end of legal proceedings between the Gallery and two previously injured patrons. The board also received news that the watercolour drawings on loan from The South Kensington Museum had arrived and another letter from The National Gallery in Trafalgar Square.
