Description
Minutes of board meeting held on 13th January 1859 in which the following was discussed: upon reading the minutes of a meeting between the Building Trustees it was resolved that the Lord-lieutenant would lay the first stone for the new gallery. The Secretary was to make the appropriate arrangements including the procurement of a Silver Trowel.
