Description
Minutes of a board meeting held on 2nd February 1865 in which the following was discussed: a letter sent to the Treasury to approve the expenses of The National Gallery, as approved by the board previously, along with a letter sent to the the Treasury discussing a grant of £2500 to purchase artwork, which was the second part of a grant of £5000 promised in 1862.
