Description
Handwritten letter with envelope from Hugh Lane to Sarah Cecilia Harrison at Thusckuagorey [Thackery], Standtown, Belfast, stating that he did not write an article in the Freeman but Mrs [Ellen] Duncan did, and that they will go to the Gaelic Exhibition together. Lane also writes that he wishes to see Mrs Watts and that Harrison should paint larger works as they are 'more satisfactory from your point of view'.
