Description
Handwritten letter from Aloysius O'Kelly to James Herbert, also including an envelope. O’Kelly has been in Concarneau for one week having travelled by sea from Dublin. Describes how the town has changed including the rise in prices. O’Kelly has taken his old studio. Describes the weather, countryside, hotel, and food. Artists in the town seem to make money from the rich tourists and he is hoping he will have such luck. Discusses his finances. Sends his regards to Herbert’s family and friends. Discusses the possibility of Herbert bringing his family to Europe for a holiday.
