Handwritten letter [from James Herbert to Aloysius O'Kelly] responding to O’Kelly’s letter of 16 October about purchasing an annuity. Letter states that O'Kelly should consider, before deciding on the matter, that he could fall ill and have to leave the residential home and would need more than $16 per week to meet expenses.
