Description
Handwritten letter in which O’Kelly asserts that Concarneau is now very dull and he spends all his time in his studio. He agrees with Herbert’s decision to travel to Italy. Advises Herbert not to visit Concarneau or Brittany in March as it is too quiet and recommends that Herbert visit Paris and London.
