Description
Handwritten letter in French in which O'Conor refers to Honta’s success in finding buyers [for her paintings]. O’Conor has finished his still life but is not happy with it and may not send it to the Salon d’Automne, ‘it seems very dark and sad’. Tomorrow he must get the photographs of [works by Gauguin], he will keep some for Honta and must send some to [Charles Hall Thorndike] in New York.
