Description
Handwritten letter in French in which O’Conor discusses the weather; the ‘invasion’ of restaurants, cafes by Americans; meeting with his friend, the artist [Ortiz de Zarate], who bought a flower painting from [Augustus John]; the visit of the Canadian writer [Walter Cranfield] and his wife [Clothilde Cranfield]. He asks it the goods from Bon Marché arrived and relates that Ortiz and [Raymond Billette] ask for news of Honta and that he saw an associate of Van Leer the other day, but did not speak to him.
